Dirana was a delight. Her smile alone was so welcoming. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, she is the complete package. She greeted us with a smile from the time we walked in to letting us sample the flavors all awhile smiling. This is my first time here and trust I will be coming back. Next time I visit, I want to hear she got that raise and promotion.

Today was our first time visiting icy and spicy in Miramar and all I can say was it was an amazing experience. My husband and I have driven past the location many of times and finally got the opportunity to visit and take our God daughter along with us. Icy spicy did not disappoint at all! From the decor, to the wonder smell of the venue, the cleanses of the bathroom and to top it off the staff. Definitely going to visit again. Thank you to Rosa, Martha and Amanda for making this experience so beautiful! We will definitely be back! Staff were so sweet, patient and helpful especially for a first timer!

Icy & Spicy is amazing! Wendy our server was so helpful and pleasant, making our visit even better. My kids absolutely love it here! We tried the Extra Oreo Shake, the Hershey Shake, and a Strawberry Nutella Croissant — everything was delicious. The atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and perfect for families. We’ll definitely be back!

I stopped by Icy n Spicy this weekend by accident, and I’m so glad I did because it was truly an experience! They offer a huge variety of tasty desserts, including the famous TikTok-viral Dubai chocolate ice cream. Vanessa was incredibly warm and welcoming, and she helped my husband choose the perfect Nutella milkshake—he said it was unlike anything he’s ever had. If you’re in the Miramar area, I highly recommend checking this spot out. Your sweet tooth will definitely thank you!

Absolutely magical experience at Icy - N - Spicy Desserts! From the moment we walked in, Vanessa welcomed us with the warmest, most genuine smile that instantly made our day brighter. She even surprised us with a super cute Labubu free gift – such a sweet touch! It was so heartwarming to learn about the incredible owner, Xiaoli Liu, whose passion for desserts shines through every scoop. Hailing from Sichuan, China – the land of the spiciest flavors – Xiaoli brings three generations of family recipes to life, blending them with her husband Dejan’s vision to create this whimsical haven. It’s no wonder every treat feels like a love story on a cone! My wife went for the TikTok-famous mango ice cream and it was pure heaven in every bite – so fresh, creamy, and bursting with real mango flavor! I got the Nutella Oreo and oh my goodness… out of this world doesn’t even begin to describe it. Rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced – I’m still dreaming about it! Thank you Vanessa, Xiaoli, Dejan, and the whole team for making our visit so special. You guys are the sweetest! Already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend to everyone!

The place was very clean and very well decorated. It’s such an aesthetic and Liz was very very nice and attentive, taking us through their extensive menu options. I ordered the Dubai chocolate shake and it did not disappoint, it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back to try basically the entire menu
